You Can't Over Mark!!


This is a great example of "inside, outside, upside down"!! I have learned the hard way to be meticulous about marking all the pieces of my projects.


The above example is a corset. All pieces are wider at the top and narrower at the waist. That seams simple enough, but, it was very easy to switch the pieces from the left side to the right side. In this simple to stitch, but intricate example, I also marked center front and center back. I find that numbering the pieces to match the original pattern extremely helpful.
